The Belisknir-class cruiser was a type of spacecraft used by the Asgard for thousands of years against the Goa'uld and Replicators. It was more than capable of dealing with numerous Goa'uld Ha'tak-class motherships until Anubis introduced his upgraded ships. Shield generators and hyperdrives were taken from deccommissioned vessels of this class and given to the Tollan as of June 2003.
